Headquarters Claims Operations is currently seeking Claims Ops Regulatory Analyst to provide financial, administrative, and clerical services to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate financial and administrative operations in the Claims Financial unit.
Starting salary: The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $22.00 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
Be ready to:
- update BP information in CMS and Claim Center
- run TIN math in the IRS system
- resolving uncashed checks
- approving Positive Pay
- log and scan Claims Recovery checks
- assigning check stock
- process Payment Runs
- process file copy request
- contact vendors
- prepare Escheat/W9 letters for mailing
- maintain documentation on business processes
- provide customer support by answering Claims Financials inquiries
