Claims Manager – Travel Insurance – 100% Home Office

As part of our development, we are looking for a travel insurance claims manager for the French market, to join a dynamic and international team.
Your tasks
Within our team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and processing travel insurance claims (lost luggage, medical expenses, trip interruption, etc.), with a focus on France
- Communicating daily with policyholders, service providers and partners, in France and internationally
- Analyze the guarantees and decide on the handling of the cases
- Ensure administrative follow-up and updating of files in our systems
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and service quality
Your profile
- Insurance training (such as a BTS in Insurance or a professional degree) or equivalent business training
- Excellent command of French (native level or equivalent) and good level of German and English, both spoken and written.
- Customer service oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication
- Proficient with computer tools, particularly MS Office; experience with claims management tools is a plus
- Organization, autonomy and team spirit
