Job Description:

To further advance digital health protection and enable even more people to access meaningful preventative care, we are expanding our claims team for our petolo product (brand for pet insurance plans) . Therefore, we are immediately seeking a Claims Manager (all genders) in the veterinary field with a  40-hour work week (Monday to Friday). Ideally, you should live in the Berlin/Brandenburg area – if this is not the case, you are still welcome to apply.

Your role in our team

• You will independently process incoming claims in the form of cost estimates and invoices.
• You will calculate refunds for our customers using our algorithm-based system.
• You will provide support to our colleagues in customer service with all questions relating to our claims and thus make a significant contribution to our customer satisfaction.
• You will support the optimization and automation of our claims management processes and contribute to improving our customer experience.
• As a team, we achieve our set daily and monthly goals together.

Your profile

• You have already gained initial experience in the area of ​​case management, claims processing, or billing.
• Veterinary training is a plus, but not a requirement.
• You impress with your confident demeanor and communicate in a friendly and open manner.
• You are an organizational talent with good time management skills and impress with your independent and structured way of working.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of how to use the common MS Office applications.
• You have a good command of German, both spoken and written, at least at C1 level.
