About the Role
Chief Executive Officer [B2B SaaS]
Remote, Europe
We are looking for a CEO to lead one of our soon-to-be-acquired brands into its next stage of growth and scale. As CEO, you will own the brand’s PnL, strategy, growth, culture, and overall performance, driving both short-term execution and long-term strategic direction. You will work closely with our leadership team, board, and the broader saas.group community to deliver impact across go-to-market, product, operations, and finance. This role is an opportunity to shape the future of a SaaS business within a high-growth portfolio, while having the backing, network, and resources of saas.group.
Your responsibilities
- Define and execute the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with saas.group objectives and market opportunities.
- Lead the go-to-market and commercial execution (PLG, inbound/enterprise sales, partnerships), owning revenue performance.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team and ensure succession planning.
- Foster innovation and operational excellence by introducing process improvements and leveraging cutting-edge practices.
- Represent the brand externally with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Drive financial performance by building budgets, tracking KPIs, and making data-driven strategic decisions.
What You bring to the table
- Proven leadership experience as a CEO, GM, or senior executive in a B2B SaaS company is usually very great to have, however not always required - we are ready to hire for CEO growth potential with exceptional previous B2B SaaS growth results.
- Demonstrated track record of defining and executing successful strategies (PLG, enterprise GTM, partnerships).
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility.
- Experience in leading and scaling high-performing teams, with a focus on culture and talent development.
- Ability to make high-stakes strategic decisions and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
