We are currently seeking to recruit a Case Manager at an exciting time of growth for our business.

About the role

  • Have quality conversations with our customers to explain the claims process and provide personalised support and guidance to assist with their recovery
  • Assess and manage injury needs of claimants, handle correspondence regarding CTP benefits, treatment and rehabilitation, and analyse/interpret medical reports and other information
  • Collaborate with our customers, their legal representative, medical professionals, and rehabilitation providers to facilitate rehabilitation, return to work and recovery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.
  • Work with a team of passionate professionals committed to making a difference.

About you

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first approach
  • Previous experience in CTP claims or personal injury is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Familiarity with MS Office Products
  • Analytical with sound problem-solving ability
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
