In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for undertaking the Project Management of engineering projects from the initial preparation stage through to implementation and commissioning, along with the closing phase.
Working at our Mulwala sites - Yorta Yorta land, your role purpose is to-

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, applying structured project management methodologies to deliver outcomes on time and within scope.

Drive the development of project approvals and lead the planning and coordination of project and program schedules

Partner with stakeholders to develop clear project scopes and work breakdown structures.

Support effective risk management practices to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
-
Develop and maintain Project Management Plans to support strong project governance and execution.
-
Manage tendering and contract processes, including preparing specifications, assessing submissions, and supporting project implementation and commissioning.

Contribute to practical engineering solutions that improve plant and process performance.

Deliver high-quality month-end reporting, track actions, and ensure follow-through on key project deliverables.
On day one in this role, we'll expect you to bring the following skills, experience and behaviours:

Experience managing projects in capital project environments, with strong reporting, planning, and contractor supervision skills.

Working knowledge of Primavera, MS Project, or similar tools.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
-
Strong focus on work planning and job safety.
-
Diploma or Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
-
Qualifications in Project Management or Asset Management are desirable.

IPMA accreditation will be highly regarded.
