Description

The Business Operations Systems Analyst provides systems, data, reporting, and operational support across the External Manufacturing organization (VEXMO). This role supports enterprise tools, master data workflows, reporting, and process execution while partnering closely with cross-functional teams including External Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations Leadership.

The analyst ensures day-to-day reliability of systems support activities, data accuracy, and reporting readiness, enabling scalable processes and effective decision-making across the external manufacturing network. This position is well suited for an intermediate-level professional (4–7 years of experience) with a strong foundation in business systems, data, or operations who is looking to deepen exposure to ERP systems, analytics, and cross-functional operations in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Systems & Process Support

  • Support execution of system-related activities aligned with the External Supply Technology roadmap.
  • Manage master data collection workflows in partnership with cross-functional subject matter experts.
  • Serve as a first-line support point for system-related questions, triaging issues and coordinating with Process & Systems leadership.
  • Assist in tracking system enhancements, defect logs, and prioritized requests.
  • Support documentation of business processes, procedures, and training materials to ensure consistent system usage.

Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Support development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and exception monitoring to improve process visibility and control.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks across operational systems.
  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles using Power BI, Excel, and other analytical tools.
  • Maintain accuracy of operational data within QuickBase applications, reporting tools, and SharePoint repositories.

Operations & Administrative Support

  • Support leadership reporting related to training curricula and role readiness in coordination with training teams.
  • Provide ad hoc operational and administrative support as needed, including meeting logistics and site coordination.

 

Location: Madison, NJ (Giralda Farms)

Work Model: Hybrid (approximately 50% onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Travel: 5–10% (local sites)

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience supporting business operations, systems, data, or analytics in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), including master data concepts, data validation, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience supporting and administering business tools and workflow platforms such as QuickBase, Smartsheet, Tableau, or similar systems.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Excel, with practical experience in reporting, dashboarding, and data analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
    OR
  • Associate degree / High School diploma with equivalent relevant professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting operations, supply chain, or external manufacturing organizations.
  • Exposure to regulated environments (GxP, quality, or compliance-driven operations).
  • Relevant certifications such as CAPM, Six Sigma, Google Data Analytics, or other analytics/process improvement credentials.

Competitive hourly rate: $41.29 - 52.44/hr (W-2 only, no C2C)
