Pay Range: $65-$70/hr. on W2

Job Summary:

This role focuses on enhancing business performance through data analysis and reporting within a revenue operations team. You will be responsible for creating key dashboards and data frameworks to empower the team with clarity and efficiency. Your insights will significantly contribute to strategic decision-making and the scaling of services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain performance tracking dashboards.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators.
• Analyze conversion funnels and suggest improvements.
• Synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Automate recurring reporting tasks.

Must-Have Skills:

• Advanced SQL for data manipulation.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.

Prior experience in high-growth environments, multi-sided marketplaces, or platform businesses is preferred.
