Position Overview
Seeking a proven Business Development Executive with a demonstrated ability to generate, close, and scale transactional staffing business focused on hourly employees within 30–60 days. This role is built for a true producer—someone who understands high-velocity staffing sales, brings an active book of business, and can move quickly from conversation to signed agreement.
The primary focus of this role is transactional, volume-driven staffing, supporting hourly and contingent workforce needs across contract, contract-to-hire, and high-turnover environments.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and close new transactional staffing engagements centered on hourly and contingent workforce solutions

Leverage an existing book of business to generate immediate revenue and active job orders

Sell contract and contract-to-hire staffing solutions with speed, accuracy, and margin discipline

Identify and engage decision-makers including HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations Managers, Plant Managers, and Procurement

Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, pricing, negotiation, and close

Partner closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure fast turnaround and execution

Drive repeat and high-volume business through ongoing client relationships

Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and revenue forecasting

Expand accounts through additional locations, shifts, job families, and volume increases
Required Qualifications

3+ years of staffing business development experience, specifically in transactional or high-volume staffing

Existing, transferable book of business with a track record of hourly placements

Demonstrated ability to close new staffing business within 30–60 days

Strong understanding of hourly staffing models, bill rates, spreads, and margin control
-
Proven hunter mentality with strong negotiation and closing skills

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling light industrial, clerical, call center, warehouse, healthcare support, or similar hourly staffing solutions

Familiarity with high-turnover environments and rapid fulfillment models

Experience working with VMS/MSP programs (preferred, not required)
