Job Description:

Responsibilities for a Bilingual Business Analyst include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the translation and production of healthcare member communications in multiple languages
  • Review and edit translated materials for quality and accuracy
  • Coordinate with vendors to deliver final materials
  • Handle multiple projects under tight deadlines

Candidates for Bilingual Business Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel (intermediate level)
  • Fluency in Spanish, Traditional Chinese, Korean, or Vietnamese (depending on role)

This Bilingual Business Analyst role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.

Pay Details: $32.00 per hour
