Job Description:

Job TitleBilingual Account Manager Job DescriptionAs our Bilingual English/Spanish Account Manager at Sage, every day you will be generating revenue through renewals, up-selling, and the closing of maintenance contracts for existing Sage customers with an assigned region or set of accounts. To thrive in this role, you will have conversations that are open-ended and address the general business needs of the customer and how they can expand the benefit from maintenance contracts, also demonstrating broad and deep knowledge of Sage products and maintenance contract offerings.

  • This is a hybrid office environment that meets 3 days a week in the Lawrenceville office* Key Responsibilities• Achieve and/or exceed all sales targets.
  • Placing outbound calls (not on auto-dialer) to existing customers within an assigned region or set of accounts to build relationships, determine needs for renewals, upsell, or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage customer relationships by reviewing customer account data to ensure accounts are maintained correctly and determine possible recommendations for other products and services.
  • Work closely with Partner Channel to service customer account relationships to drive customer satisfaction results.
  • Manage complex sales cycle across multiple stages through consultative sales process, ensuring diligent record keeping, precise follow-up, and business transformation guidance are achieved.
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure sales activity and pipeline funnel are in accordance with achieving revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of Inside Sales or business development experience with demonstrated ability to exceed goals.
  • An understanding of business, pipeline management, and sales processes utilizing a CRM platform (Salesforce preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to excel within a cross-functional team environment to manage and forecast sales activity accurately.
  • Superior written/oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and ability.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
