Working as part of an interdepartmental team, you execute the RDQ activities required to complete new product development, and you maintain the portfolio and/or productivity projects with an emphasis on achieving the quality our consumers want.

How will you contribute?

With the support and guidance of a manager, you will organize and execute projects in line with RDQ, marketing, and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating project status and risks. You will plan and conduct tests in pilot plants and factories according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP system requirements, as well as perform development activities (e.g., product life testing, design for quality, preparation of consumer tests, etc.). You will also write technical reports that require the analysis and interpretation of results, leading to conclusions and recommendations that will create and maintain accurate, consumer-oriented specifications.

  • Food science, science or engineering, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods market
  • Ability to work in a team or independently with the guidance of a manager
  • Prioritization and management of activities

  • Ability to apply fundamental technical knowledge to interpret and analyze data and reach clear conclusions
  • Effective oral and written communication, technical report writing
  • Putting the consumer at the center of development activities

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $69,300 to $95,315; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
