Job Description:

We offer a fully remote contract and a starting salary of £26,000 with the ability to earn an extra £250 per quarter in quality-related bonus.
Start Date: Monday 17 November
As an Arrears Executive with Target, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding our customers who find themselves in financial difficulty.
More Specifically, you'll....
- Take calls from customers who are in a debt recovery process, listening to their situation, being empathetic and trying to reduce any worries they may have
- Complete income and expenditure assessments to review their affordability, with the aim of setting up sustainable payment arrangements
- Use your initiative to recommend organisations that may be able to assist the customer, such as Citizen’s Advice or debt charities
Requirements
What We're Looking For!
- A People Person – someone who has a friendly nature, enjoys speaking with people and can provide the best possible customer service
- Someone who cares about their job and the difference you can make to our customers
- A Team Player – our people are at the heart of what we do so being able to work collaboratively as a team is paramount
- Someone who is pro-active, inquisitive and problem solving by nature
- Previous experience within an Arrears or Collections environment
- Previous experience dealing with vulnerable customers in a regulated environment
