Job Description:

Akkodis is seeking a Application Security Architect for a Contract job with a client in Seattle, WA (Remote). The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in SAP SecurityBridge and SAP Vulnerability Management, along with a strong background in SAP cybersecurity, compliance monitoring, and application security.

Rate Range: $73/hour to $76/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Application Security Architect job responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end SAP SecurityBridge deployments, upgrades, integrations, and optimization initiatives.

• Configure and administer SecurityBridge capabilities including:

  • Vulnerability Management, Security & Compliance Monitoring, Patch Management, Threat Detection AND Real-Time Monitoring

• Perform SecurityBridge health checks, security assessments, and architecture reviews.

• Design and implement monitoring dashboards, security alerts, and compliance reporting solutions.

• Conduct SAP vulnerability assessments and support remediation programs across SAP environments.

• Collaborate with SAP Basis, Security, Infrastructure, and Compliance teams to implement enterprise security controls.

• Develop and maintain SAP security standards, governance frameworks, and monitoring procedures.

• Provide security guidance for SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, and SAP GRC environments.

Desired Qualifications:

• 12+ years of SAP Security experience.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SecurityBridge.

• Strong expertise in:

  • SAP SecurityBridge, SAP Vulnerability Management, SAP ECC Security, SAP S/4HANA Security, SAP Fiori Security, SAP BTP Security, SAP Authorizations & Role Design AND SAP GRC Access Control

• Experience conducting security assessments, vulnerability remediation, and compliance monitoring activities.

• Strong knowledge of SAP cybersecurity frameworks and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SecurityBridge Certified Professional certification.

• Experience leading global SAP security transformation programs.

• Expertise in SAP cyber defense, threat detection, and security operations.

• Experience supporting highly regulated environments and audit readiness programs.

• Knowledge of enterprise security architecture and SAP compliance frameworks.

Pay Details: $73.00 to $76.00 per hour
