Decentralized Masters is an educational platform that teaches retail customers how to leverage the new world of Decentralized Finance to preserve and grow their capital. We give people the weapons to take back control over their financial future. We train customers with no prior crypto experience to become DeFi Masters with our custom made videos, live sessions, 1on1s with mentors, proprietary tools, research reports from our analysts and more. What will you be doing?

As an Animator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality animations that bring our ideas, stories, and characters to life. You will collaborate with our creative team, including designers, illustrators, and writers, to produce animations for various projects, including [films, commercials, video games, social media content, etc.]. Your role will involve both 2D and 3D animation work, and you will be expected to deliver animations that align with our brand's vision and style.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Create high-quality animations in 2D and/or 3D, depending on project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and animatics.
  • Work closely with designers, illustrators, and other team members to ensure animations are consistent with the overall project vision.
  • Rig characters and objects for animation.
  • Bring characters, objects, and environments to life through smooth and believable motion.
  • Ensure animations are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Revise animations based on feedback from the creative director or other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to continually improve animation quality.
  • Assist in the development of visual assets, including backgrounds, character designs, and special effects, as needed.
  • Optimize animations for different platforms and devices, ensuring compatibility and performance.

Requirements

What will you bring?

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred)
• At least 1 year's proven experience as an Animator, with a strong portfolio showcasing 2D animation work.
• Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe Animate, After Effects, Toon Boom Harmony, Maya, Blender, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of the principles of animation, including timing, motion, and storytelling.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction effectively.
• Strong creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of visual effects, compositing, and rendering techniques is a plus.
• Experience with sound design and video editing is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of the English language
