Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Air Quality & Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions Specialist to support a diverse portfolio of public and private sector projects. In this role, you'll prepare air quality and GHG analyses for CEQA and NEPA documentation, perform emissions modeling, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality environmental solutions.
Qualifications:
- Conduct emissions modeling and Health Risk Assessments utilizing CalEEMod, Excel, AERMOD, EMFAC, HARP, and OFFROAD.
- Review emissions modeling analyses and provide QA/QC feedback for models developed in Excel, AERMOD, EMFAC, HARP, and OFFROAD.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Atmospheric Science, Meteorology, Planning, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of direct professional experience conducting air quality and greenhouse gas (GHG) analyses and assessments in compliance with CEQA and NEPA.
- Strong analytical, computer, spreadsheet, and technical writing skills, with demonstrated proficiency in emissions modeling software for California development projects. Knowledge of state and federal air quality and climate change regulations and policies, including CEQA, NEPA, and the Clean Air Act.
- Strong technical writing and analytical skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $70,000/yr - $110,000/yr (commensurate with experience)
- Incentives: Discretionary bonus and recognition programs
