Our Administrative Services department is currently seeking a Transcriptionist I. This role is responsible for transcribing recorded statements, uploading completed transcripts to CMS, and supporting claims operations while helping the team meet established service level agreements. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio. Hybrid work options are available in select departments at our Headquarters located in Fairfield, Ohio. Eligibility may vary based on your role, responsibilities, and departmental policies.
The pay rate for this position is $14.00 an hour. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
Be ready to:
- transcribe recorded statements and upload completed transcripts to CMS
- support department and corporate goals
- utilize transcription software and foot pedal operation
- help meet the ten-business-day service level agreement
- provide support to headquarters and field claims teams
