The Centralized Payment Center is seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Program Manager to serve as a critical liaison and project leader. This position will bridge the gap between supervisory and specialist-level staff while driving special projects that improve efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery in statewide court payment processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary intermediary between the Supervising Court Program Analyst and CPC Specialists.
- Lead special projects across all areas of the CPC (Statewide reconciliation, payment processing, collections, balancing, training, customer service, and process improvement).
- Develop policies, procedures, training materials, and operational enhancements.
- Provide expert guidance on financial processes, compliance, and best practices to district courts and CPC staff.
- Support fiscal accountability and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the Kansas Judicial Branch Strategic Plan.
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent plus college coursework in business, accounting, public administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial operations, court administration, program management, or personnel administration.
- Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and court financial procedures preferred.
