Administrative Assistant (Level III)
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Role Overview
This position is responsible for providing diverse and confidential administrative support. The role involves extensive calendar management, coordinating travel, processing expenses, and managing communications for executives. The successful candidate will assist with organizing meetings and will manage various conflicting objectives and projects in a responsive and personable manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with executives and line management to gather and convey relevant information.
- Answer manager's phone line, document messages, and handle calls with appropriate judgment.
- Proactively manage the calendars of multiple executives, resolving conflicts effectively.
- Arrange and handle details related to travel, expense reports, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare meeting minutes, correspondence, reports, and forms for leaders.
- Interact with internal and external customers to answer questions, research, and resolve problems.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Word.
Professional Skills: Strong capabilities in Administrative Services, Attention to Detail, Planning, Prioritization, Adaptability, Collaboration, Event Planning, Office Administration, Problem Solving, Facilities Management, Oral Communications, Research, and Written Communications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Financial Management tasks.
- Familiarity with Project Impact Assessment and communication.
Compensation
The pay rate for this position is between $15.00 and $19.75 per hour.
