About The Role
Responsibilities
- Provide Administrative support to a fast-paced Financial Professionals team
- Ensure data integrity by managing large datasets across excel and various reporting platforms
- Execute high-capacity client interaction and resolution
- High-volume document distribution and retrieval, maintaining meticulous tracking log of all pending and completed requests
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and multi-calendar management
- Facilitating administrative preparation for team events
Skills and Qualifications
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and PowerPoint Basics
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Professional and maintain confidentiality
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving and listening skills a must
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Ability to adapt and work successfully in a highly structured, fast paced team environment
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to work simultaneously in multiple applications and screens
- Must be able to run errands and pick up supplies as needed
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- 5+ years Customer Service experience in financial services
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Work Location
This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Boca Raton, FL office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $48,000-$52,000 at the commencement of employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications. Insert if applicable: In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. Corebridge also offers a range of competitive benefits as part of the total compensation package, as detailed below.
