Your new role:
As an Administration Officer within the Nursing and Midwifery Resource Unit, you'll provide essential administrative and workforce support to help maintain safe and effective nursing and midwifery staffing across Logan and Beaudesert Health Services. You'll work across multiple systems, coordinate roster changes and staffing information, and respond to changing operational priorities in a busy healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain nursing rosters, staffing allocations, leave requests and shift changes.
- Prepare accurate staffing and allocation information to support workforce planning.
- Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets and accurate workforce records.
- Provide timely administrative support while working across multiple systems and priorities.
About you:
You're an organised and adaptable administrator who can manage competing priorities, work accurately with sensitive information and communicate confidently with a diverse range of stakeholders. You'll bring strong computer skills, attention to detail and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
Skills & Experience
- Strong administrative, organisational and time-management skills.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Excel, databases and word processing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in healthcare or a large organisation is desirable.
