Job Description:
Role: Accounts Receivable
Rate: 20/hr W2
100% Remote
Contract Duration: 3+ Months
Responsibilities:
• Monitor foreign currency bank account(s) and perform cash application for open accounts receivable on a bi-weekly basis; work directly with franchisees and customers to resolve account inquiries
• Maintain master store data (i.e. new franchisees, new stores, closed stores, transfers, etc.)
• Ensure monthly actual sales are reported by franchisees and uploaded to KRise (our franchisee sales reporting platform) and follow-up with the UK Shared Services Control team or market teams on any unreported sales
• Strong Computer Skills: Experience with JDE (or other Oracle ERP solutions) and Microsoft products a plus (such as Excel Pivot tables and vlookups).
• Experience with international customers / foreign currency conversion is a plus
• Experience in the QSR or retail environment a plus
Prefer someone with accounts receivable experience and cash application experience.
