ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK – PART TIME

Diehl Collision – Butler, PA

Diehl Collision is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing team in Butler, PA. This position offers 20–24 hours per week with competitive pay ranging from $15–$18 per hour based on experience. There is opportunity for full-time employment and advancement for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and proficiency in the role.

After a 90-day probationary period, this position may transition into a hybrid work-from-home schedule.

Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
• Reconcile vendor statements with internal records
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and outstanding balances
• Obtain W9 documentation from vendors
• Filing and maintaining accounting records
• Assist with additional accounting responsibilities as assigned
