Accounting Specialist – West Omaha – Hybrid Schedule Year Round

Elevate is partnering with an impressive Omaha organization to add a detail-oriented individual to their growing team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical work, managing multiple projects at once, and takes pride in owning and fostering strong client relationships. This role is a very nice mix between “heads down” work with the chance to continue to build your relationship with multiple clients. The organization is looking for an individual who hangs their hat on being organized and thrives in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and top-notch customer service.


• Review and reconcile financial information from clients to ensure accuracy and completeness.


• Prepare recurring reports, schedules, and supporting documentation.


• Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary documentation and answer targeting questions regarding your business service.


• Utilize excel to track your workflow and ensure you have the information from your clients to do the calculations needed.


• Ensure work is completed in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
