Job Description

Accounts Payable (AP) Management
- Invoice Processing: Receive, verify, and record supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with local tax requirements in each Latin American country.
- Payment Cycle: Execute and schedule payments to suppliers and employee expense reimbursements, maintaining an organized cash flow.
- Supplier Reconciliation: Reconcile supplier statements to identify and resolve discrepancies in balances or outstanding payments.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate historical records of all disbursement transactions for audits.

Accounting Analysis and Control
- Bank Reconciliations: Perform monthly reconciliations between bank balances and entries in the accounting system.
- Monthly Closing: Actively participate in month-end closing activities, including recording provisions and accounting adjustments.
- Account Analysis: Review balance sheet accounts such as advances to suppliers, fixed assets, and accounts receivable.
