Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and creative email marketing specialist to lead the design and execution of high-impact B2C email campaigns. This role combines operational excellence with design expertise-owning the end-to-end creative process from concept to launch. Responsibilities include creating visually compelling designs, managing timelines, optimizing through data-driven insights, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet objectives.

Ideal candidates have strong design skills, deep knowledge of email marketing best practices, and thrive in fast-paced, agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Excellence: Create visually compelling, on-brand email designs that deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation and provide regular status updates.
  • Copywriting Expertise: Craft clear, engaging, and persuasive email content with flawless grammar and tone.
  • Campaign Execution: Own the end-to-end creative process for email campaigns, ensuring flawless design delivery.

Ideal Background

  • Skilled email marketing strategist with advanced design proficiency in Figma (or similar UI/UX tools).
  • Email Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of B2C strategies and best practices.
  • Design Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Figma for polished, user-friendly layouts.
  • Project Management: Experience with agile workflows and tools (ClickUp is a plus).
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze metrics and apply insights.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Creative Selling Knowledge: Familiarity with principles of promoting products through design and messaging.
  • Adaptability & Self-Starter: Thrive in fast-paced environments and work independently.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required.
  • 8-10+ years related experience.
