Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a midlevel social media strategist and subject matter expert to join one of the largest teams at VML working on one of our most established brands.
Who you are:
You're a curious, culturally-fluent strategist who loves to question assumptions and challenge the status quo. You'll uncover insights that can guide a brand's ideas and decisions and play a key role in shaping their overall approach to social.
What you'll do:
- Develop social strategies, social playbooks, activations and campaign ideas
- Conduct and synthesize research, social listening and other data to guide a brand's strategic decisions
- Partner with creative, strategy, data and media teams to support a brand's social marketing goals
- Onboard and train junior team members
What you'll need:
- 4-7 years of social marketing experience
- Experience leading projects and overseeing the work of others
- Advanced understanding of social platforms and functions, and the ability to share that knowledge with others
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
$60,000-$140,000 USD
