Location: Remote (US-Based, East Coast hours preferred)
Duration: 09-12 Months (Possible Conversion/Extension)

Job Overview
Client is seeking a Part-Time Senior UX Copywriter to join its Experience and Design CPVS team. This role focuses on content creation, structure, and governance for personalized agent web experiences. The ideal candidate will craft clear, human, and purposeful language that guides users through important financial decisions while maintaining brand trust and accessibility.
You’ll work closely with content strategists, UX/UI designers, product managers, and ADA specialists to ensure every experience aligns with brand voice, accessibility standards, and business goals. This role is remote-friendly, with preference for candidates who can work East Coast hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and edit UX copy for templates, modules, and component-based systems
- Develop clear, consistent, and brand-aligned language across agent web experiences
- Collaborate with content strategy, design, and product partners to define messaging hierarchy and structure
- Ensure all content meets ADA and plain-language standards
- Apply design system principles and content components within Figma
- Create content guidance documentation for authors and stakeholders
- Review and iterate copy based on testing and performance data
- Present copy rationale and content direction in team reviews and showcases
- Strategize content labels, hierarchy, and process flows with the team
- Provide ongoing content updates and guidance across the personalized web ecosystem
Additional Qualifications
- 5–7 years writing and editing for digital experiences, with a focus on UX and product content
- 3–5 years’ experience creating content within component-based or CMS-driven design systems
- Strong command of digital copywriting across UX, product, and responsive web contexts
- Proven ability to translate brand voice and tone into clear, actionable user-facing language
- Familiarity with content governance, taxonomy, structured content models, and style guides
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in an iterative design environment
- Understanding of Agile practices and sprint-based work
- Experience delivering content in insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries (preferred)
- Ability to simplify complex financial or technical topics for consumers
