What you’ll do with us:
As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will work alongside our leadership team (Product, Business Development, and Customer Success leaders) to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, reinforce brand position, and support development of new marketing artifacts, brand collaterals and social media campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative self-starter with 2-4 years of experience in marketing (SaaS or government sector experience company preferred) who is ready to step into a high-visibility, hands-on position and make an impact. Specific activities in this role include:
- Develop online content and social media campaigns, and collaborate with leadership on brand messaging for our social media posts, website content and collateral development. You will be responsible for all copywriting, as well as the tone of voice and design, ensuring consistency with our brand. This includes building our presence by creating engaging posts, monitoring trends, and responding to interactions.
- Partner with members of the Leadership Team (Product, Business Development and Customer Success) to develop and execute email and social media campaigns, analyzing results and providing recommendations to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Provide support for trade shows and events, including creating collateral, ordering and managing our swag inventory, coordinating logistics, and following up with lead analysis.
- Collaborate with leadership to execute on our strategic marketing initiatives and recommendations to maximize impact.
Who you are:
- 2-4 years of marketing generalist experience that includes event planning and management, supporting campaign development and execution, collaterals development, copywriting, email marketing, and social media engagement. Marketing experience in SaaS and/or government sector service is a plus.
- Self-motivated marketing professional that brings creative ideas, fresh perspective, and initiative. You know how to write compelling content to convey our story, and you also understand how to adjust the messaging as needed to change the focus.
- Strong project management, copywriting, and creative design skills, and an amazing eye for detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Great computer skills using marketing software tools including Adobe Creative Studio, WordPress/HTML/CSS, and MailChimp.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot, as well as using AI to maximize efficiency.

- Compensation for this role includes a base salary between $70,000-$80,000
