The Role

We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer of exceptional calibre to join the team ASAP. You will be entrusted with delivering features that directly influence sales success, pilot adoption, and long‑term platform architecture.

This role demands independence, initiative, and technical mastery. You will be expected to think strategically, execute rapidly, and raise the bar for what’s possible in Flutter development.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Enablement: Build a polished, responsive demo app to showcase to prospective clients.
• Product Evolution: Extend the Flutter app with advanced features (e.g., dictation) and adapt it for multiple therapy specialisms.
• Technical Stewardship: Assess the Ruby on Rails backend, identify technical debt, and propose refactoring strategies.
• Operate as a trusted technical partner to the senior leadership team.

Requirements

 

Candidate Profile

 

• Proven track record of shipping Flutter/Dart applications at scale.
• Mastery of mobile architecture, state management, and performance optimisation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and improve backend systems.
