Storytelling is at the heart of everything we do - and you're a natural storyteller. You're equal parts big-idea thinker and detail-obsessed wordsmith. Just as comfortable writing a brand manifesto as you are a witty meme caption, you know how to adapt your voice to the moment and the audience. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where no idea is too big or too small, and you instinctively know what will resonate in culture today.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop fresh, compelling copy for a wide range of projects - from big campaign concepts to nimble, social-first content.
  • Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, Content Creators, and Creative Directors to bring ideas to life across digital and physical spaces.
  • Help craft and present creative concepts and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Write and edit everything from social posts and scripts to headlines, brand manifestos, and presentation decks.
  • Participate in brainstorms, contribute original ideas, and build on the ideas of others.
  • Stay plugged into cultural trends, platform shifts, and emerging formats to keep brands relevant and ahead of the curve.
  • Maintain high standards for copy quality, brand voice consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Balance multiple projects and deadlines while collaborating with account, strategy, and production partners.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative creative culture where ideas can grow and teams thrive.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 4+ years of copywriting experience in a creative or agency environment, with a strong focus on social and digital.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills - with flawless grammar and spelling.
  • A knack for switching between brand voices and knowing what will resonate with different audiences.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to express big ideas simply and persuasively.
  • Experience creating scripts, presentation decks, and compelling copy that sells ideas.
  • Solid understanding of social media, youth culture, and what makes people click, share, and talk.
  • Confident presentation and communication skills - comfortable sharing your ideas internally and with clients.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple deadlines with grace.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Keynote, and the tools you need to bring your words to life.

LOCATION & WORK MODE

This role is hybrid - based in New York City with in-office collaboration 2-3 days per week.

Base salary range: $100-120K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.

Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
