About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Content Writer who can own high-impact website content end-to-end, from research and narrative development to SEO/AIO optimization and conversion-focused copywriting. This role sits at the intersection of brand, product, SEO/AIO, and web UX, shaping how enterprise buyers understand ZoomInfo's platform and helping our site perform across both traditional search and AI search systems.

You'll write crisp, structured, high-performing content that ladders to our broader GTM Intelligence narrative and drives measurable lifts in visibility, engagement, and conversion. This is a hands-on writing role for someone who can go deep on complex GTM products, distill them into simple language, and ship high-quality work quickly.

You will work closely with our Web, Product Marketing, AIO, and Brand teams to build content that performs across three fronts:

  • AI Search (AIO-optimized narratives, schema-aligned copy, entity-driven consistency)
  • Traditional SEO (technical fundamentals, keyword strategy, structured content)
  • On-site Conversion (clear journeys, strong messaging, crisp UX copy)

This is a role for someone who thinks like a storyteller, writes like a conversion strategist, and operates like an SEO/AIO pro.

What You'll Do:

Web & Conversion Content

  • Write and refresh high-impact website content across product pages, solution pages, features, use cases, and personas.
  • Partner with Brand and PMM to translate platform and product narratives into simple, compelling web content.
  • Build modular, scalable content patterns that improve clarity, user flow, and conversion.

AI Search Optimization (AIO)

  • Write schema-driven copy (FAQs, metadata, structured elements) to improve consistency across AI search systems.
  • Support AIO coverage expansion by producing content aligned to entity definitions, fan-out keyword clusters, and narrative anchors.
  • Partner with AIO team to refine patterns for pages flagged by crawl behavior, mention rate gaps, or schema coverage needs.

SEO Content

  • Write SEO-optimized content that balances search intent, UX clarity, and brand voice.
  • Build content structures (H1/H2 hierarchy, summaries, TL;DRs) aligned to keyword and cluster strategy.
  • Collaborate with SEO/AIO teams on briefs, testing plans, and ongoing optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Web PMs, Designers, and Product Management stakeholders to refine content around journeys, modules, and experimentation.
  • Collaborate with Brand to ensure every page reinforces our GTM Intelligence platform story, and voice and tone.
  • Integrate insights from analytics, A/B tests, and AI-search performance into content refreshes.

What You Bring:

Must-Haves

  • 5-8+ years experience writing website, SEO, or conversion-oriented content (B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred).
  • Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals: keyword strategy, search intent, content hierarchy, metadata, and internal linking.
  • Working knowledge of AIO/AI Search mechanics - or strong willingness and ability to learn fast.
  • Ability to turn complex product concepts (AI agents, orchestration, GTM workflows) into simple, direct copy.
  • Experience writing for multiple personas across the funnel (RevOps, Sales, Marketing, SDR).
  • Strong editorial instincts: clarity, structure, consistency, narrative discipline.
  • Fast, reliable execution - able to manage multiple deadlines with high quality.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience writing schema-driven content (FAQPage, HowTo, Organization, Product, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content workflows, knowledge bases, or structured editorial systems.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, martech, sales tech, or data products.
  • Background in messaging development or website refresh projects.
