Required Skills & Experience
- Need someone with very strong communication, they will be interfacing with executives
- Risk Control Issue management
- RCSA
- Understands governance, messaging to senior leadership. Running governance front to back.
- Must have risk and control backgrounds, ORE, issues management, RCSA
- Supporting commercial real estate - must have a background in CIB
- Strong PM skills, communication, etc.
- Interfacing with executives, complex conversations
What You Will Be Doing
- Identifying and understanding key sources of risk management reporting data; analyzing data and developing reporting to provide actionable information to the Control team and business leaders
- Creating executive-level reporting and presentations, including developing and managing reporting content and routines for updates to senior leaders, business management meetings, risk and control committees, and ad hoc requests
- Establishing, maintaining and supporting risk governance, escalation, meeting, and reporting routines, including for issues management and operational risk events
- Providing control management support as needed for exams, testing engagements, issues, operational risk events and projects impacting multiple businesses
- Facilitation of engagement, communication, and development activities for Risk Control, including managing activities, routines and tools
- Leading other special projects as needed to support the control management function in CRE and CIB
- Monitor assigned portfolio of control activities and escalate when necessary.
- Governance, Programs and Reporting Control Director with a focus on data analysis, reporting and presentations.
