The Client Success Team is responsible for supporting clients purchasing nursing solutions with product training, implementation, integration, consulting and test preparation delivery to achieve client centric outcomes. The team leads the success planning, onboarding, training, SaaS implementation, ongoing proactive and reactive client support, and the delivery of nursing products and services for Ascend’s nursing brands: ATI, APEA and NursingCE. The CS team is accountable for delivering high quality services and subsequently capturing and tracking key business performance indicators to client success including, client satisfaction, product adoption and usage, NCLEX pass rate, and institutional and student retention.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Nurse Educator, Consulting Services, you will join a dynamic team with a passion for providing professional development and curriculum accreditation expertise to nursing faculty and administration. You will lead the building and implementing of program management products including curriculum accreditation, systematic evaluation plans, clinical site management, and program evaluation to improve client outcomes.

WHERE YOU’LL WORK

This position offers flexibility of remote work within the United States. This position will require up to 50% travel.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Create professional presentations and provide domain expert nursing consultation services on curriculum, accreditation, and faculty and program development to faculty on trending nursing education topics. (20%)
  • Analyze data trends using technology tools to service clients across the customer lifecycle to achieve complete agreement consulting days. (20%)
  • Build and implement Nursing Program Management tools for curriculum accreditation, systematic evaluation plans, clinical site management, and program evaluation. (50%)
  • Supporting faculty with the implementation of nursing software products into a curriculum to support accreditation. (20%)
  • Complete Market Analysis (of the nursing market trends and competitors) for current topics for professional development presentations. (10%)

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Master’s degree in Nursing with current registered nurse license in good standing required. Doctorate degree preferred.
  • Certified Nurse Education (CNE) preferred
  • 5 years of nursing industry experience within Nursing Academia and Curriculum Development and Accreditation.
    • 5 years of experience teaching in academia with expertise in curriculum development, the accreditation process, and the NCLEX test plan and the nursing education industry
    • 2 years Nursing Administration experience as a program chair, site visitor or active member of curriculum and evaluation committees
    • 2 years of Curriculum Accreditation (traditional, CBC, competency based) and Self Study Experience required
    • 1 year experience using ATI products.
  • Proficiency in technology tools platforms needed for Client Success Operations
  • Expert Proficiency in assessing and advising on curriculum and accreditation including accrediting bodies of the ACEN, CCNE, NLNCNEA
  • Proficient in technology tools including SaaS platforms, D365, Gainsight, Microsoft Office and ZOOM.
  • Ability to work in data entry and software builds creating accreditation management tools for clients.
  • Expert skills presenting to small and large group audiences in person, via conference call and/or in web-enabled environments using PowerPoint and other technologies
  • Strong desire to make a difference in nursing education at the program and faculty level
  • Ability to organize workflow to ensure maximum coverage and optimal results as it relates to client outcomes
  • In-depth knowledge of active learning strategies, including simulation in a nursing program
  • Knowledge of how to write NCLEX-style items; interpret item analyses; develop test blueprints at the program and course level
