Job Description:

Are you a certified, globally minded educator with expertise in early years or lower primary teaching? Do you want to deliver personalised, joyful learning experiences to young children — while working within US-friendly hours?

bina is seeking exceptional Lower Elementary Master Teachers to join our pioneering global school. You’ll lead inquiry-driven lessons for children aged 4–8 across small, multicultural cohorts, helping shape the future of education — all from wherever you are, ideally based in ET or PT timezones to collaborate live during core US school hours.

About bina

We combine expert teachers, thematic learning, and advanced edtech to deliver “Precision Education” — the right learning, at the right time, for every child.

Our pedagogy blends academic excellence with social-emotional development, cultural fluency, and sustainability. We serve globally mobile families and forward-thinking learners in over 30 countries.

The Role: Lower Elementary Master Teacher

  • Lead live, inquiry-driven lessons for children aged 4–8 in small, diverse groups during CET hours (~8:30am–4:30pm CET)
  • Teach across early primary years using integrated, cross-curricular approaches
  • Personalise learning using edtech, formative assessment, and developmental insights
  • Foster student wellbeing, empathy, and intercultural understanding
  • Collaborate with a global team on curriculum design, pedagogy, and school innovation

  • Recognised teaching certification from a reputable English-speaking authority (QTS, OCT, Australian Institute for Teaching, etc.)
  • Bonus: IB PYP training, Canadian curricula experience, SEN expertise, or postgraduate qualifications

Teaching Experience

  • 3–5+ years teaching early years or lower elementary learners (ages 4–8)
  • Experience teaching multiple early primary age groups (Pre-K to Grade 2 / Reception to Year 2)
  • Familiarity with inquiry-based, play-based, and cross-disciplinary learning models
  • Prior international or multicultural school experience highly valued
  • Experience teaching remotely or hybrid settings is a plus
  • Confidence in curriculum design and early literacy/numeracy strategies

  • Digitally fluent, comfortable with tools like Zoom, Seesaw, Google Workspace, and eager to innovate
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a diverse, international environment
