Title: Junior SEO Manager

Location: Cramlington England GB

Type: Full-time

Job Description:

We are Printed.com, one of the largest and fastest growing on-line print shops in the UK. We are filled to the brim with a passionate team who are mad about printing, designing, building and growing the business. In the office you’ll find that we are forward-thinking, with a mission to be creative, innovative and to help our customers.

We are constantly investing in new products and using technology to improve how we increase our market share and take advantage of new opportunities. Catch us in our production space and you will find a fast-paced, dedicated team who endeavour to reach perfection for our customers.

We’re a growing company with offices in London and Newcastle, looking for employees that are equal parts dynamic and enthusiastic. People brimming over with new, original ideas that they just can’t wait to share with their team and bring to life.

As a Junior SEO Manager at Printed.com, you will play a crucial role in optimising our online presence to increase organic search traffic and enhance the user experience across our website. You will support our SEO Manager as part of the Performance Team consisting of Junior Performance Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing Manager and Head of Performance.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating content that boosts visibility and drives traffic from organic search and AI platforms. You'll produce high-quality, topical content with a clear structure that directly answers common questions and incorporates relevant keywords. You'll also work closely with the SEO Manager to execute new and exciting growth plans and collaborate with the wider marketing, product and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied across all website content.

Key Responsibilities

●      Content Creation & Collaboration: Own our SEO content strategy, working with the product and marketing teams to create engaging, optimised content that drives business growth. Your responsibilities will include developing new content and regularly updating existing material to align with our SEO strategy and best practices.

●      Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact search terms relevant to the print industry and then use these insights to craft content that not only improves our search rankings but also significantly boosts organic traffic.

●      On-Page Optimisation: Champion on page SEO by collaborating with our product and marketing teams. Your goal will be to ensure all website content from product descriptions and collection pages to blog posts, is expertly optimised. You'll focus on key elements like titles, meta descriptions, headings and internal links to improve both our search performance and the overall user experience.

●      Blog Ownership: Lead our blog's content strategy from concept to creation. You will be responsible for planning and producing content that taps into new search volumes, attracting and engaging a wider audience to drive traffic to our site.

●      Digital PR: Work with our SEO Manager to develop and execute powerful link-building strategies. You'll play a key role in improving our domain authority and search rankings by identifying and securing high-quality backlinks through content ideas and outreach initiatives.

●      In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.

●      Proficient with keyword research and SEO monitoring platforms (e.g. Similarweb)

●      Minimum 3 years experience using e-commerce platforms and experience building online content including blog posts.
