Job Description

As the Group Manager – Content & Audience, you will have the unique opportunity to lead the development of next-generation digital products and experiences. • Collaborate with UX and design teams to prioritise user testing, ensuring customer insights inform critical product decisions.
  • Act as the Product Owner for the Content & Audience squad, leading daily agile cadences, refining business requirements, and scoping activities based on customer impact.
  • Be hands-on and involved in everyday product operational activities that support our content & audience work stream that spans across digital advertising, editorial & publishing, product marketing and beyond.
  • Establish and monitor OKRs to track product performance, delivery progress, and user sentiment. Work with data teams to develop and report on key user behaviour metrics.

About You:

You are a highly motivated self-starter who thrives under pressure and enjoys a hands-on approach. You have a solution-oriented mindset and a strong ability to lead from the front.
