As a GTM Enablement Video Editor, you’ll work with Enablement Program Managers and other stakeholders to create videos for e-learning and live events. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering on video best practices. Success in this role requires a proactive, detailed, collaborative approach, and a passion for video storytelling. By joining this team, you have an opportunity to shape the future of the company by providing innovative video solutions.

 

Your primary goal will be to collaborate to ensure our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization possesses the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to drive revenue effectively. You will achieve this by bringing video based storytelling and learning to life.

 

What you'll do:

  • Edit videos to align with learning objectives and enhance the learner experience. 

  • Use cutting-edge AI and animation tools to improve impact and efficiency.

  • Animate text and shape assets to complement the edits. 

  • Be open to feedback. Make revisions and advise on creative direction. 

  • Create templates, guidelines, and clear procedures for video production, so that others may edit videos. Form a point of view on the best video and sound technology for the team’s needs. 

  • Follow videography best practices when recording.

 

What you bring to the role:

  • Expertise in professional and software, especially the Adobe Suite including Premiere

  • Proficiency in motion graphic software, such as After Effects.

  • Familiarity with emerging AI Video tools. 

  • Ability to enhance edits with color correction and audio editing techniques. 

  • Proficiency in videography and sound recording. Nice-to-have: -Learning design knowledge. -Animation software experience. -

  • An intellectual curiosity mindset

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

 

Desired Incremental Skills:

  • Experience in a remote video studio set up: lighting, background, sound, green screen.

  • Animation software experience, like Vyond or Video Scribe

  • Some proficiency in JavaScript

  • Experience in learning design processes: Addie or SAM

  • Sales Enablement or Sales experience

  • Proficiency in Camtasia or Articulate Storyline

 

Location;

This position is based at our office in Austin, TX.

 

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $148,000.00-$222,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
