Job Description:

DaVita is looking for a Divisional Lead Registered Dietitian (DLRD) to provide leadership and support within our ORCA and North Star Divisions.

Some details about the position:

• Collaborate with Group Lead Dietitian to identify areas of focus, monitor divisional performance and address outliers

• Cascade National team Communication to Local Leadership

• Partner with Divisional Leadership, Regional Operations Directors (RODs), and Facility Administrators (FAs)

• Lead the Dietitian Team and serve as a resource for Facility Dietitians, Regional Lead Dietitians (RLRD) / RD divisional leadership team

• Coordinate communication and lead support for Dietitian related goals and quality of care including RLRD oversight

• Coordinate preceptor program for new hire and on-going training for dietitians

• Will drive initiatives for more than one division

• May include patient case load

• Hybrid-Remote work with minimal travel, 1-2X per quarter

Requirements:

• State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area required

• Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities and travel when needed

• Registered Dietitian with at least 12 months clinical experience as required by CMS plus 12 months of specialized renal experience

• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days

The Salary Range for the role is $83,200 - $122,000 per year.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. DaVita offers a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
