Job Description:

As the CRM Developer and Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, development, and customization of our Dynamics 365 CRM system to meet the needs of our business. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the CRM system supports our business processes and objectives.

As the CRM Developer and Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, development, and customization of our Dynamics 365 CRM system to meet the needs of our business. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the CRM system supports our business processes and objectives.

Compensation

ACE is committed to paying a competitive wage while staying true to our mission of maintaining high-quality, affordable programs for our students. The starting salary range for this position is $120,000 plus all full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus. Offers vary depending on education, prior experience, and expertise being applied to the role.

Day to Day Responsibilities

In this role you will wear different hats, but your skills will be especially essential in the following areas:

Administration: 

  • Manages and maintains the Dynamics 365 CRM environment, including user accounts, security roles, and permissions. 
  • Monitors system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. 
  • Performs regular system updates and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security. 
  • Develops and maintains documentation for system configuration, processes, and procedures. 

Development: 

  • Customizes and configures Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements, including creating custom entities, fields, forms, and workflows. 
  • Develops and implement plugins, custom workflows, and integrations with other systems using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies. 
  • Collaborates with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 
  • Conducts testing and debugging of customizations and integrations to ensure quality and functionality. 

 

Support and Training: 

  • Provides technical support and training to end-users to ensure effective use of the CRM system. 
  • Develops and deliver training materials and user guides. 
  • Assists with data migration and data management tasks, including data import/export and data cleansing. 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator/Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Certifications Include: 

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) 
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate 
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate
