Job Description
Position Summary:
As a Copywriter for Integrated Campaigns, you are an elite level marketer. You’ve worked at great agencies or companies where you’ve worked on top brands producing content that is noticed by our industry and your peers.
You will first and foremost understand the full funnel journey of your target persona. You will understand the role of the awareness, discovery, consideration level content all the way through post purchase. And you will create compelling, content that engages them at every stage.
Working closely with brand strategists, campaign managers, and design teams, you'll produce conceptual campaigns and content for a variety of channels, as well as the digital ads, email marketing, and at times landing pages, social media and blogs. Your writing will inspire action, convey our value proposition, and amplify ServiceNow's leadership in the digital transformation space.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop engaging, full-funnel campaigns and content tailored to specific personas, industries, and business challenges.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate program strategies into clear, impactful messaging.

Write, film, edit, and optimize content for multiple formats and channels, including:

Digital ads (video, display, social media).

Thought leadership articles, blogs, and whitepapers.

Ensure all content aligns with ServiceNow’s brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.

Partner with performance marketing teams to A/B test content and iterate based on data insights.

Stay current on industry trends, audience behavior, and best practices in content marketing.
Qualifications
-
Type of degree and place you got it is not important, you’ve trained on the job at or on great brands.

8+ years of professional copywriting experience, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS environments.

A strong portfolio showcasing elite level integrated campaign work, with examples of full-funnel content and persona-driven storytelling.

Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging messages.

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to roll with change

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $105,000 - $155,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
