Are you detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring marketing materials meet the highest standards? As a Marketing Delivery Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in supporting Chase Card Marketing by analyzing credit card marketing content across print and digital channels. You'll ensure accurate inclusion of footnotes, legal disclosures, and key terms—such as offers, premiums, and program conditions—in ads, emails, microsites, and more. This position is part of Card Services, a vital area within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group. Responsibilities:

• This is an analyst role and will be focused responsible for partnering with Card Marketing, Marketing Channel Execution, and Card Legal teams to ensure Chase Card Marketing's collateral (e.g. ads, emails, microsites) has the appropriate legal footnotes / disclosures, keeping our firm compliant with regulation and providing a good customer experience. Content indication is an important component of campaign lifecycle and this person will ensure highest standards of quality & efficiency in order to deliver best in class experiences for our customers and prospects. This person will identify opportunities to improve process, develop efficiencies, and deliver results, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in creative strategy and disclosure language with legal perspective, campaign management marketing, advertising, media, agency preferably in Financial Services
• Ability to operate in a process-oriented & fast paced environment, adhere to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what's best for the customer.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn is a must.
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing required.

Ideal candidates would be able to do the following:

• Drive excellence through highest standards of quality, efficiency with regard to creative execution, production and file/asset management and incorporate best practices for manage our library of footnotes / legal disclosures.
• Be results-oriented with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate they are customer-obsessed by understanding the customer experience.

Skills:

• Experience with Marketing creatives and disclosure language, preferably in Financial Services.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Digital Asset Management software (i.e. Adobe Experience Manager - AEM).
