Day in the Life
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA therapy plans
Supervise RBTs and fieldwork students, ensuring ethical, high-quality service delivery
Provide parent and caregiver guidance to foster skills
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of speech, occupational, and mental health professionals
Track progress, write treatment plans, and adjust interventions based on clinical data
Participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing learning cohorts

What you can expect to do as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Hopebridge:
- Conduct detailed behavioral assessments to evaluate patient progress toward treatment goals.
- Design evidence-based intervention plans tailored to unique needs.
- Adhere to the stringent professional and ethical benchmarks set by the BACB.
- Supervise and nurture RBTs, Fellows and new BCBAs to deliver the highest standards of care and optimal clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse, interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent interventions across settings.
- Work with children in a fully equipped center with dedicated therapy rooms, plus additional gross motor areas, indoor and outdoor play areas, bathrooms and kitchen to address activities of daily living within center-based, outpatient care
Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in ABA, education, psychology, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing and Licensure in Applicable States
- Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, child-centered care
- Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical fellows
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, center-based setting
