Title: Clinical Behavioral Therapist
Reports to: Director of Telehealth
Department/Location: Remote in Massachusetts
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Requirements and Schedule:

Licensure: Must be independently licensed as a therapist in the state of Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, LCSW).

Schedule: Scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to provide group therapy at 5p-8pm. Flexibility as to when Therapist hold 1:1 sessions and their administrative time. There are options for full time and part time opportunities!
Role Summary:
Therapists are responsible for providing high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will facilitate 1:1 and group therapy, develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
- Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans, as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issues.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines as outlined by professional standards and laws.
- Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health.
Required Qualifications:
- A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Valid Massachusetts independent licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent.
- Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.
- Experience providing group therapy
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience facilitating group therapy in a IOP/PHP/RES/IP setting.
