Job Description: The Assessor Coordinator - Degree is responsible for the overall direction and case management of services for individuals across all age ranges, within a defined geographical area, who have experienced an acquired brain injury. The Assessor Coordinator - Degree reports directly to the manager of the service line responsible for Acquired Brain Injury in the geographical area. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

Education

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Other Education and Training

  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy is acceptable
  • Bachelor of Physical Therapy is acceptable
  • Bachelor of Social Work is acceptable
