Who We Are
The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership is a fully online, asynchronous degree program that prepares working professionals to assume roles as dynamic leaders. Through coursework that blends business, communication and social sciences, students develop the knowledge and skills to address their organization's challenges. Students will learn to align others around a shared vision, build and manage effective teams and apply the leadership skills necessary to excel in an increasingly fast-paced and complex work world.
What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- Provide writing support to all students enrolled in the MSOL program, particularly those in Capstone course.
- Assist students with structure, clarity, and APA formatting in their academic writing, with timely responses aligned with the program's accelerated 7-week term schedule.
- Collaborate with Capstone course instructor to offer timely and constructive feedback on key assignments.
What You Should Know
This is a part-time, temporary position that will likely be working 10 -15 hours per week. Hours may fluctuate from week to week based on team needs and will be coordinated with the supervisor. The role is fully remote; work days are Monday - Sunday, and this position will be supporting students across multiple time zones.
What We Can Offer
The hire rate for this part-time position is $30.00 per hour.
Benefits
Temporary positions at the University of Colorado are not benefits-eligible, however, all positions are eligible for paid sick leave.

What We Require
- Master's degree.
- Positions at this level typically require at least 3+ years of professional, job related experience.
- Experience with reviewing scholarly writing.
What You Will Need
- Strong familiarity with APA format.
- Previous peer coaching, tutoring, or academic support experience.
- Ability to handle workload independently and respond to student requests within 24-48 hours.
- Canvas familiarity and experience in an online learning environment.
What We Would Like You to Have
- Experience supporting adult learners in graduate or professional programs.
