Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Reporting Consultant to join our team. This role will be responsible for creating custom reports and analytics using Workday report writer, maintaining report libraries, and ensuring accuracy and consistency of data. This role will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and develop reports that provide meaningful insights and analysis, sharing data and insights in line with our privacy and data governance practices.

Schedule and Location:

This is a full-time position that is based on-site with a primary location in Johnston, RI. Other work locations that will be considered are Waltham, MA or Norwood, MA. Start and stop times are flexible. Core on-site workdays are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Flexibility for remote work on Wednesdays and Fridays, weekly, based on business needs.

 

-Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs

-Understand business processes and have the ability to translate that knowledge into actionable insights in reports

-Create custom reports and analytics using Workday report writer

-Prioritize incoming reporting requests and other work to ensure client needs are met

-Analyze report data and provide meaningful insights and analysis to stakeholders

-Help to develop and maintain a data dictionary

-Provide training and support to end-users on how to run and interpret reports

-Stay current with Workday's latest reporting features and functionality

-As the department matures this role may expand to report and consult on data from other HR related systems

 

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, Human Resources, or a related field and/or equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of degree 

Required Work Experience:

3-10 years of experience with Workday report writing (advanced reporting, matrix reporting, composite reporting, and calculated fields)

Required Skills:

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively

-Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data and reporting

-Knowledge of Workday HCM and Workday reporting required

Highly Preferred Skills:

Workday certifications a plus

The hiring range for this position is $90,720-$130,400. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience.
