IMPORTANT DETAILS
- This role is Hybrid, with Wednesdays and Thursdays in-office, and occasionally in Hudson, New Hampshire where we recently opened our brand new Factory

YOUR OBJECTIVE
You play an instrumental role in the success of the Wholesale Business Unit. As the 'right hand' to the VP of Wholesale, you increase the effectiveness of the Wholesale team across a broad range of administrative and coordinator responsibilities, including systems, reporting, events, meetings, and travel.
YOUR JOB
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of support to ensure the Wholesale team meets their goals and deadlines
- Manage the team calendar of events, travel, priorities, and deliverables
- Deliver weekly status reports to the team
- Manage the Boston and Hudson showroom with the support of Product and Sales Reps
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure brand assets align with Wholesale needs, including creating and delivering marketing assets such as lookbooks, email campaigns, POP signage, and additional digital tools.
- Ensure brand assets align with Wholesale needs by collaborating with Marketing
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and other teams to streamline processes and ensure alignment across departments
- Support in Trade Show success with kits, assets, samples, and travel
Market preparation- scheduling appointments, meeting recaps, showroom merchandising, etc. - Prepare for market appointments, including scheduling, meeting recaps, showroom merchandising, and assisting sales teams
- Support the team as they collect, process, and check market orders
- Administer and prioritize needs for distribution lists, lead and prospect lists, monthly landing page changeouts, reorder activity, email campaigns
- Recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and deliver more value
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and assist with basic system-related troubleshooting
- Create store selling tools- buy collages, product knowledge packets, etc.
- Provide daily support for customers, including copy information, pricing, product inquiries, and repair requests
- Update monthly fiscal reports
- Assist with special projects on an as-needed basis
- Balance your time between Boston and Hudson locations, desk and travel-based responsibilities, and system and physical support to meet the needs of the Wholesale team
Requirements
Your Experience and Qualifications:
- You bring the skills and knowledge gained from 1-2 years of experience in wholesale
- You understand what it takes to support a dynamic team in all aspects of their work including travel arrangements, meeting planning, trade show set-up, systems support, and sample management
- You have gained familiarity with B2B platforms such as NuOrder and are eager to learn more
- You bring a comprehensive functional understanding of the wholesale process
- You use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as intended and without assistance
- You have effectively used project management tools like JIRA or Asana
