Position Summary:
This role provides full project management support to the Safety team to ensure successful commercialization of all product categories in scope. Responsible for assisting with raw material risk assessments and CPSRs and ensuring safety data integrity in the relevant databases (e.g., PLM, PIFs).
Accountabilities
- Manages project trackers in area of responsibility
- Represents Safety in cross-functional teams for all new project in area of responsibility
- Ensures Safety project management milestones are integrated into the overall project timelines and ensures Safety milestones are on track for all projects
- Helps manage data entry in system of record (e.g., PLM) for raw materials and formulations
- Compiles raw material risk assessments, safety clearances, and CPSRs for various projects
- Manages clinical and in vitro testing for projects within area of responsibility
- Helps manage PIF documentation to ensure completion
- Ensures reconciliation of PLM with PIF archives
- Ensures high data quality and integrity
- Interfaces with cross-functional partners and vendors to ensure documentation completion
- Manages data and assessments for Edgewell fragrances
- Represents company at various meetings, as needed (e.g., Society of Toxicology, PCPC, CE)
Required Education, Skills and Experience
- Master’s degree in toxicology or related disciplines such as biology, chemistry, pharmacology, etc. (PhD preferred) and 2-5 years of experience in relevant industry; Or Bachelors degree in related disciplines and 7+ years of experience in relevant industry.
- Experience with project management, raw material and formulation toxicological reviews and testing oversight in a personal care product industry.

Work Environment

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $108,000. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
