About the Role

We're looking for an experienced TikTok Shop Media Buyer to join our fast-growing E-commerce team. In this role, you'll plan, execute, and scale TikTok advertising campaigns that drive direct product sales via TikTok Shop.

This is a remote position designed for a high-performance media buyer who understands the nuances of TikTok's ecosystem—from algorithmic trends to commerce features—and knows how to create campaigns that convert and scale profitably.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization

    • Plan, launch, and manage TikTok Shop advertising campaigns

    • Use video adsspark ads, and in-app shopping formats to drive direct sales

    • Continuously optimize ad performance for maximum ROI and GMV

  • Budget & Bidding Strategy

    • Own and manage campaign budgets with an emphasis on efficient spend and high return

    • Implement bidding strategies based on TikTok’s auction mechanics

  • Performance Tracking

    • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using TikTok Ads Manager and analytics tools

    • Track key metrics including CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, CVR, and GMV

  • Creative Collaboration

    • Partner with creatives to ideate and produce high-performing ad content tailored to TikTok’s unique audience and shopping behaviors

    • Provide creative feedback based on data insights and A/B test results

  • Trend Analysis & Market Research

    • Stay up to date on TikTok platform changes, commerce trends, and competitor strategies

    • Leverage trends and audience behavior to inform ad strategies

  • Vendor Relations

    • Liaise with TikTok representatives to gain access to beta features, platform best practices, and new tools

  • Cross-Channel Strategy Integration

    • Align TikTok efforts with broader e-commerce growth strategies across Meta, Google, and email

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in media buying, with proven results on TikTok, Meta, or other paid social platforms

  • Deep understanding of TikTok’s ad platform, especially TikTok Shop and direct response advertising

  • Highly analytical and confident using data to make performance-based decisions

  • Familiarity with e-commerce metrics and funnel optimization

  • Experience working with creative teams to craft high-converting ad creatives

  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in English

  • Must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time (9 AM – 6 PM EST)
